Filters

💡 When a filter is applied, other filters have their choices narrowed down to only options within the results returned by the previous filter.Example: Normally the ‘Programs (Fintech)’ filter lists every Fintech Program our platform keeps track of as a filter option. If you search for a Bank and there are only a couple Programs that relate to that Bank, then the ‘Programs (Fintech)’ filter will automatically narrow down its own options to show only those related Programs instead.
💡 When a filter is applied, other filters may disappear if those filters cannot be applied to the results returned.Example: If the ‘Services Offered’ filter is applied, only Fintech Programs are returned. Since the ‘Regulatory Type’ and ‘Processors’ filters would not apply to these results, they are hidden and unable to be used for further result filtering.
💡 Clear All: This will clear all filters, but will not reset the results unless ‘Reset’ or ‘Filter’ is clickedReset: This will clear all filters AND reset the resultsFilter: This will apply the selected filters and narrow the results down appropriately

Exporting Data

💡 User must be LOGGED IN to utilize this feature

💡 Exporting data will export ONLY THE FILTERED RESULTS for a given entity (Banks, Programs, etc.). To export all data for any entity type, do the export process without any filters applied.

On the top right of any of the Tables, there is a dropdown selector that allows you to pick from one of two formats to Export data; CSV and Excel.

Upon clicking either format, a file will be generated in that format and emailed to the address of the user that’s logged in, using whatever email they use to log in. In the email there will be a Download link to download the files.

Data Moderation

The “Unreviewed Data” table shows up above the main data list in any List view when logged in as a Moderator or Admin
The “Unreviewed Data” table shows up above the main data list in any List view when logged in as a Moderator or Admin

Who can moderate data?

Only a select few user types (Moderators and Admins) can “Approve” data that’s been submitted. Any user can submit data, but only Moderators and Admins can set that data to be published.

How does data moderation work?

There are three options for the current “State” of data; Unreviewed, Reviewed, and Published.

Reviewed and Published items show up to all users. Unreviewed items only show up in List views for each type individually, and are only shown to Moderators and Admins.

Data moderation is going to be manual, Moderators and Admins can review any Unreviewed items and if the data looks correct, they can

Still working on contacts that would be our moderator list: https://aerovision.atlassian.net/browse/FIN-67

Deleting Data

💡 Data cannot be deleted from the Map view! In order to Delete data, you must be in the List view for the entity type you’re looking to delete. e.g. If you want to delete a Bank, you need to be in the Banks List.

In order to delete data, the data must be in an Unreviewed state. This is an additional layer to protect against accidental deletions. If you want to delete an item that is Reviewed or Published, you must first edit the item to set the state to Unreviewed. Once the item is back in an Unreviewed state then it will appear back in the “Unreviewed Data” table up top.

💡 You may have to click Filter again or refresh for the item to reappear in the Unreviewed Data table.
